Not all children learn the same way. Different children need different teaching methods. Whether your child has been diagnosed with ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, general learning disabilities, visual or auditory integration difficulties or is on the Autism Spectrum, our remedial school can assist as we focus on identifying the underlying neuro-developmental subsystems and treating them by means of our TheraEd approach.
Our unique approach is based on educational neuroscience and has been tested and proven over time. The TheraEd philosophy is one where we create a therapeutic educational environment where children feel safe and nurtured in order to learn and thrive. Daily neuro-developmental activities are presented to build the underlying neurological pathways needed for living and learning. We know that in order to successfully read, write and do arithmetic, they need to have the building blocks to support these activities. EduExcellence remedial school assists learners in emotional and social development, sensory-motor integration as well as cognitive and academic achievement - both in-person and online.
Claremont Campus
Starting January 2024, we are opening our doors at our very own premises at 16A Heather Street, Claremont!

EduExcellence Studios
Young adults need a creative and flexible environment to optimally support their unique developmental phase. Introduced in 2022, our Studios concept is where Grade 10 - 12 learners will be assisted in an alternative educational approach, with a National Senior Certificate as an outcome.
EduExcellence Tutors
In 2022 we brought our unique approach to children not enrolled at EduExcellence by means of our Tutors.
We offer extra lessons in both CAPS and Cambridge, English and Afrikaans, in person or online.
