Grade 1 to 3 children are welcome in this phase. Our skilled teachers will assist your child with English, Afrikaans, Mathematics and Life Skills through online schooling. Your child will experience live, real-time lessons with real teachers and real classmates within the comfort of their own home. We use creative ways to teach reading, writing and mathematical skills.
Intermediate
phase
Grade 4 to 6 learners can enjoy subjects such as English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, Life Orientation, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology. Our experienced teachers can assist and accommodate learning challenges and have creative digital skills to overcome the challenges of online schooling and examination. Most formal assessments and examinations are done online and our examination platform has a built-in Immersive Reader that assists struggling readers by reading the questions for them.
ONLINE High school
Senior
phase
Grade 7 to 9 learners are entering an important phase where self-motivation and regulation become imperative. Core subjects remain with additional subjects i.e. Economic Management, Science and Creative Art. Classroom intention is maintained with a dedicated teacher, classmates and academic accommodation as needed.
We're an online school—but what does that mean? It means that learners attend school from the safety of their own home where they can focus on their studies without distractions, without peer pressure, and with the help of excellent teachers. Daily structure and lessons are provided through an interactive online school environment.
By providing high-quality instruction in the virtual classroom, we aim to create a long-lasting, positive experience for children's success throughout their school career. We aim to help build a strong foundation for learners to become academically successful and well-rounded in an increasingly diverse society. We follow the CAPS curriculum but we adapt our curriculum to accommodate assisted and remedial education.
EduExcellence launched ONLINE, with the health pandemic onset in March 2020. This allowed many children to continue to benefit from our expertise in safety and comfort of their own home.
Children presenting with ADD, ADHD, general learning difficulties and in need of assisted or remedial education are enrolled within our ONLINE schools. Adaptations are made within the method of presentation to accommodate optimal learning.
As we specialise in neuro-development, we therefore welcome neuro-diversity. We aim to assist as many learners as possible within EduExcellence Online from Grade 1 all the way up to Grade 12.
As we can not accommodate the full spectrum of services ONLINE, we offer an option where the iDevelop Program can be obtained from The Development Center at an additional cost.
